Apartment Fire in Lancaster, CA

This Apartment Fire in Lancaster, CA was an accidental fire that damaged the whole unit along with minor damage in other units but only this one apartment unit was significantly damaged by the fire. This damaged unit needed a board up or all the windows and a temporary door that had to be placed in order for our SERVPRO crew and the tenants to be able to go in and out. This Unit was Fully Damaged by the fire and left behind ruined drywall, the ceiling, flooring, trusses cabinets and roofing. The entire unit needed to be boarded up as-well to preserve the loss and the roof needed a temporary tarp for that time being.
