Water Damage in Upland, CA

This water damage in Upland, CA was the result of a toilet over flow. The water came from the upstairs Jack and Jill bath, which affected the bathroom and vanity area upstairs along with the living/ Dining room area downstairs. The Drywall and tile flooring in the bath area was affected by the toilet over flow. The Downstairs living/dining room ceiling drywall and laminate floor was also affected. In order to contain the moisture and dry the areas out equipment had to be placed in the specified areas. This water loss had to be handled with care due to the water being considered CAT 3 which is dirty non-consumable water.
